Payment Terms
- Orders valued at or below USD 500.00 require payment by credit card, check or wire transfer with order.
- Orders valued above USD 500.00 accompanied with a purchase order number may be approved for 30 days credit.

Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be made in writing with full details of reason for return. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Refunds will only be granted for products that are qualified by OpenLink as containing errors.
