    Se acabo el espacio en var/log resulta que tengo 1.9GB de entradas como la anterior.

    wc dice

    En vi

    11065188 dd

    Aunque fuese más rápido echo /dev/null > kern.log, tenia interés de ver como se comportaba el editor.

    Por cierto tiene uno que usar vi -n para no crear un archivo swap ya que de por si el FS ya esta lleno.
