Loosely-coupling Identity Authentication and Authorization that provides abstraction for interacting with a variety of OAuth Providers. For example, user logins via OAuth providers are mapped resolvable WebIDs and NetIDs that can then be used to create fine-grained attribute-baed access controls (ABAC). Likewise, Virtuoso user accounts (SQL Users, WebIDs, or NetIDs) can be used to authenticate and recieve authorization against 3rd party OpenID Connect Providers (or Idps).
