Instances of ProperNamePredicate_Loose are all the lexical predicates that can be used for the purpose of temporarily and rapidly registering the information that a certain STRING is (one of the) name(s) for a certain FORT. The salient feature of the predicates that are instances of ProperNamePredicate_Loose is that assertions made using those predicates are not guaranteed to contain all the grammatical information that would be necessary to handle morphological variants of the strings that appear in those assertions. For example, such assertions would not contain information on whether the STRING argument, can or cannot be pluralized when referring to the FORT argument. A prototypical example of such a predicate would be termStrings. Compare to ProperNamePredicate_Strict.
