Arochukwu (por vezes referida como Arochuku, Aro-Okigbo) pronuncia aruchukwu é a terceira maior vila no Abia (estado) (após Aba e Umuahia) no sudeste da Nigéria. É composta de 19 vilas com um lider geral chamado Eze Aro. Em 2005,a população na área era de 97800 e continha 130169 de terra. Arochukwu é a principal cidade histórica de Igbolandia. É também uma das ultimas cidades no protetorado do sul conqustadas pelo governo colonial britânico. Muitos sitios turistico-históricos existem na cidade.
