  • In virtually all cases, yes. In some cases (e.g., when Turtle is loaded into a named graph in the triple/quad-store; the Turtle file is discarded; and the named graph is exported), comments and whitespace that was in the original Turtle file will not be in the newly exported Turtle file, because these artifacts are invisible to the RDF engine. If the Turtle file is retained in the WebDAV/filesystem repository, the exported file will not have changed from import.
